So what exactly is a Micro Niche, and how is it going to improve your web design??

This post is going to answer both of those questions for you.

And provide you with some simple idea’s, that you can implement immediately to make your web site more effective.

Let’s start with what I consider a Micro Niche to be.

I am going to use Travel as an example, because I came across a great Micro Niche travel web site this morning.

And seeing real life examples of businesses, already adopting this strategy.

Will make it easier for you too see, exactly how you can adopt the same strategies for your business.

So we start off with travel, which is actually a market.

The problem is because travel is such a big market, the competition for customers will be fierce.

And getting an effective marketing message across is tough.

Because so many different age groups and personalities want to travel.

So we break it down further, say to travel in Australia.

Now we are starting to get down to a Niche level.

Easier to market too but still tough.

So we go to traveling in Australia for couples.

This is where we are getting to a Micro Niche level.

When we start on our web design for a market like this, we can narrow down their needs, wants and desire’s:

We could start making a list, or better still do some market research with this group.

To find out information like the following

They are not traveling with kids.(Fairly obvious, but often obvious is overlooked)

They most likely have two incomes, so they probable aren’t looking for budget solutions.

They may both work long hours, and be fairly time poor. (Want package solutions)

Can you see how we now know a great deal more about our market.

And we can build a web site that will effectively, solve their problems for them.

Making them far more likely to contact us, when the time comes to book their holiday.

Watch the video below, where i do a review of the travel site I mentioned at the start of the post.

I will show you how they have done, an exceptional job of their web design.

All because the know exactly who their Micro Niche market is.
